Product Name
Identifying Regional Assets and Service Gaps

Project Description
This project was designed to identify and develop a database of all regional assets/resources available to provide targeted assistance to individuals and business. A matrix of over 521organizations providing services related to innovation, entrepreneurship, economic development and workforce development in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York was developed. This matrix was intended to provide an analysis of any areas of redundancy, identify service gaps that need to be filled, and develop a list of potential organizations that could address those gaps.

  • Identify regional service assets and gaps, and develop a list of organizations with the capacity to provide service in targeted gap areas
